i have my first fry of any egg laying fish and they are A.bolleri theres about 30 free swimmers it took like 2 weeks for them to hatch and become free swimming is this normal but other then that they are eating and staying close to mom.

Congratulations on your first fry. As a matter of fact Borelli were my first Apisto I successfully spawned, and I still have a tank dedicated to them.
Hatch time and time to free swimming would all delend on your water temperature. I keep my borellies in the low 70's and it takes about ten to fourteen days until I see them out and about, so everything I would say is okay.
Must warn you though they are slow growers, I have twenty or so borelli fry in a fifteen gallon and they are five months old and just reaching an inch now.

Be ready for more, my spawn at least once a month, I usually steal teh fry after they spend a week with the female.
