Failure with Agassizi spawning.

Hi guys,
I've got a couple os A. Agassizi that i've been trying to reproduce for a while, the problem is that they have already spawn 4 times with no success, i realy don´t know what is wrong.. the water is 27º, i've tried ph from 6.0 to 7.0, and none of the eggs ever hatch, the first 3 times they spawn inside a flower pot and the 4th time under a vulcanic rock wich i think the mail didn't got in because the hole under the rock was so small that only the female would be able to get in, can anyone help me?

did the eggs turn white and or fuzzy or were simply gone one morning?

did the eggs remain until day three or vanish some time leading up to day three?

Are there snails, planaria, cory cats etc. ? list tank mates.

Size of tank?

Substrate?

Filter? It sounds dilly but I have heard of people who didn't think the filter would such the fry in...

there can be many other reasons such as the pair in question. If they've been treated with fluke tabs males can often be totally sterile...

Yea More details would be helpfull. Don't A. agazizi need low total dissolved solids or low hardness or something?
