eye disease in A Thomasi

Hi everyone. Just noticed an issue with one of my A Thomasi. Small 2 mm transluscent growth on bottom of L eye. Otherwise the fish is completely healthy and acting normally. Eating well normal aggressiveness, etc. Not affecting any other fish. Ideas? Thanks, Jeff

There are some parasitic worms that infect the eye. I think we need to see some photos to really know.

I'm having difficulty getting a good picture. The definition is not good. Plus the fish keeps his good eye toward the glass most of the time
