"dwarf" pike

Hi, it's paraguay the location of any "dwarf" crenicichla ?, a friend collected some, they are not similar to anything seen in argentina, and they doesn't look like a juvenile creni.
Just wanted to know if he had a baby monster in his aquarium...

I don't know about Paraguay, but Jeff Cardwell collected a species from northeastern Bolivia 2 years ago. I would suggest contacting Vin Kutty. He has a pike web site & is very knowledgeable.
