conversion of liters into gallons??

I have a 40L tank (50cm long, 24cm wide and 32com high) how many gallons is that? Is that enough room for a pair of viejitas and a pair of Bitaeniata?

Regarding the fish, I don't know much about either of those apistos, so I'll let someone else give you a recommendation.

hi zordella, imo a 10 gal is a nice size for a single pair of apistos, and some small tetras, say 6 minimum (they like a school). i like glowlights myself. having 2 pairs in there may be a bit cramped. although dwarfs are small they still need a bit of room to claim.
