Congratz Daddy!

My wife called me up at work to tell me "Congratz Daddy". After I picked myself up off the floor she clarifed that she meant the fish not herself. One of the female Cacas was out parading her sizeable flock around. I was pretty stunned by that as well. I had hoped to get there eventually, but certainly wasn't expecting or prepared for it yet. She swears that the school has already diminished considerably from cardinal sneak attacks. Hopefully momma can keep a few around.
I'd thought about pulling the log they live in out to drill some more holes in it the other day. For once I'm very glad for my laziness.
Right now I'm watching her guard her cave. She's herded them all in for the night.
