co2 reactor for a big tank

I am in the process of setting up a 150 gallon extra tall tank to house a school of wild angelfish. I want to keep everything outside of the tank. I have a Fluval Fx5 filter, an ATS DWS7 ultraviolet light, I want to make a co2 reactor that will serve double duty and act as a heater module also. Does anyone see any problems with this idea?
