Bolivian rams, female bullying the males

23 gallon tank with 3 Bolivian rams, unfortunately 2 males and one female (As identified by egg tube). Their all roughly the same size and, judging from her enlarged egg tube, she looks ready to spawn. However, she is very aggressive towards her two tank mates and chases them off constantly. Any suggestions?
