Perhaps you can all shed a little bit of light on the fish available.
The Agazizzi in my area (GTA, Ontario) are the pits IMO.
They are tall bodied, very rounded tail, with a name of triple red. Even the females have red tails. They are very large, approaching three inches. The line breeding on these fish seem to want to turn them into some sort of mini Discus!
Where does one go to order the good old natural looking v- tail agazizzi?
I want a domestic strain that still looks real...
I have a ten gallon tank waiting as a Q tank then the 40g with spare female agazizzi and female cacatoides. pH is solidly stuck at 7.6 with the GH and KH of 2.
I guess I want a tefe thats not so tough...
