I just recieved some fish, snails, shrimp, and plants from them and all of them were alive except the siamise algea eaters. All four of them were dead. I called them and told them about the dead SAE. I was just hoping for credit on my next order but they did better than that. They are sending more SAE and not charging for the fish or shipping. In addition they are throwing in a few extra SAE. What great customer service.

I placed an order with them back in Dec. They are a great company with excellent products. I will be ordering some shrimp from them to combat my hair algae.
