My guess is that you have a pair. The first looks like a female or juvenile male, but more likely a female. The second looks like a young male. At this size, domestic high-colored strains can be hard to sex.
I agree with Mike on the second fish being a male. The first I would guess as being a male as well. But Mike is way more likely to be right on that one too.
Looking at my juveniles the females don’t develop squared off tails till usually they are a bit older and fins are usually a lot less colourful. I will concede though that a lot of the more hybridized fish are harder to tell because the females can develop a lot more colour and better finage than mine.
The first fish IMHO is impossible to sex at its present age/size. It could be either. BTW these fish aren't hybrids (a cross between 2 or more different species). They are domestically bred strains of a single species (A. cacatuoides) in which the red color was selected to be enhanced.
