Are my Apistogramma Ortegai Papagayo both males ?

Hiii i bought a pair of Apistogramma Ortegai Papagayo. They have been in my tank (23g planted tank with 10 chili rasboras and 6 otocinclus) for a few days. The male is chasing his female around a lot and i'm concerned. I'm fairly new to the hobby and not sure at all if it's normal for apisto to behave that way. I have found very confusing informations online stating that they might be both males or something like that. My female is yellowish but not as the pictures i can find online she even have a little bit of blue on her face and fins so it might be the case. Can you help me out with the sexing please ?

Mhh is it normal for the male to chase the female as much. It was at it all day today with small periods of time hanging out nerby.

Yes. Hopefully he doesn't do any harm, but it's normal.

Yes, it's normal, make sure to have sufficient sight barriers in place.

They will never be a loving couple; he will chase her when she is not interested in breeding and she might chase him when she has frys. That is why small tanks are not so great for many species of apistogramma.

I added some hiding spots, cappa leaves (floting for now) and move around some plants to give them more options to choose from for their territories/hiding spots and it's already better !
