Does anybody know where I can get hold of quality apistogramma from Brasil and Germany wholsale?? I am starting a little comapany in a few months.

The "Big 3" in Germany are Aquarium Dietzenbach, Aquarium Glaser, & Mimbon Aquarium. These are the places where the major apisto authors (Koslowski, Römer, & Staeck) get many of their new fish. Each firm has a web site.

I didn't think so. The Brazilian exporters are more highly regulated than their Peruvian counterparts. Because of this, they are not interested in selling in small lots. Most of their fish go to the big exporters in Europe & Asia.

The partnership that formed the Trop Rio firm has been in litigation for over a year now. Marco is in the process of starting an independent exporting operation. I have his present email address, but I do not give out anyone'sprivate address without their permission.
