Hello,
because this is mine first post on this forum I will shortly introduce myself.
My name is Jean Paul Verkade and I live in the Netherlands. I am keeping and breeding (hobby) dwarf cichlids for about 15 years now, including pelvicachromis taeniatus, pelvicachromis subocellatus, nanochromis transvestitus, apistogramma cacatuoides, apistogramma steindachneri and papliochromis altispinoza.
I have been reading posts on this forum for quite some time now. Only this time, I would like you to help me in the identification of an apistogramma species. Personally, i guess it's apistogramma uaupesi.
The only information I have available is that they are caught together with crenicara filamentosa, probably rio negro?
Below are two pictures. I hope you can help me. If required I could post more pictures.
Thanks in advance, Jean Paul
