All about the same size with a negligible less than 1cm difference.
Except certain well known exceptions (small: A. borellii, big: A. kullanderi) all fall in the same range of 6-7cm standard length (without fins) for males.

You can get reliable info on:
seriouslyfish.com
fishbase.se
tomc.no

Like Mac wrote all are about the same length, but my guess (since I haven't seen one in real life) is that A. sp. Ladislao has more mass since it is very similar to the A. wolli that I maintain. Mature males easily grow to 3½"/9cm TL and are fairly stocky. You might consider A. atahualpa if you want an apisto that is not only large, but rather aggressive.

My A. sp. "Ladislao" male is 7cm SL and 9cm TL, they are really beefy though which is why i would say they are the biggest of the 3 you listed, A. baenschi would come second place. In contrast to the A. atahualpa the A. sp. "Ladislao" are not very agressive, they are more of a gentle giant.
