Apistogramma ?? ID

Hi there, this is my first post in this forum. Currently I bought a female fish(?) which the seller thinks that's wild apistogramma Hongsloi female fish. I took it home and I am doubted about that. It comes with a stock of fish mixed with wild A. Hongsloi and Macmasteri. Can anyone please help me to identify it?? Thanks!!

Based on the shape of the lateral band, it looks like a hongsloi-complex species to me. Which species/form of the complex is hard to say.

so is it a female? it will bond with my hongsloi male? my male look like this

It looks like a female. If still small, it might be a juvenile male. If a female it will breed with your Rotstrich male. All the different forms are closely related, so crossing is possible even if they are different species. This is how the original red Hongsoi II strains were developed.
