I decided that my apistogrammas are apistogramma gossei, and i was curious if any of you have had this apisto before. Anyone have any pointers on breeding them? Mine are in RO water, and get frozen foods. They are so funny, flaring up and flicking their tales at eachother  .

Well, thank you. I guess the best thing to do is to wait..

I have never had them, but they are a regani group fish and therefore fit the description pretty well. Regani-type fish are tough to sex and usually pretty mellow. Gossei can be maintained under fairly neutral conditions, but requires pretty soft, acidic water for breeding. They will breed with more than one female in the tank, so hope that you have more females.
Good luck, Neil
