Is the Apistogramma Fire Red agassizi a Aquarium strain or are they found in the wild,if so where

They are a line bred species.

There is a population of A. cf. agassizii (Broad Black Caudal Edge) from near Santarém, Brazil that shows a great amount of red on the back. This was the starting point for the Fire Red Agassizii. It was line bred to expand the amount of red on the body and probably crossed with domestic strains of Red Agassizii to produce the red finnage. The original fish from the wild has blue/white fins.

Are these the same as the Agasszii Flame, which I had many year ago

As true as do Triple Red Cacatuoides. You'll get some that are less colorful than others, but most will look about the same.

It's hard to say anything about fish with commercial names. I've seen what look like the same strain of fish sold under several different commercial names in the past. I'd imagine that the "Flame" is either another commercial name for the strain or a name used for an earlier version of the present strain.
