I'm no expert but it looks right to me... Peruvian form, if I'm not mistaken? (less distinct second stripe, pretty substantial blue on the face, slightly heavier-set body)

Most of my apistos were bought from the same store and the store owner had a shipment from Peru so your id makes sense. Thanks
