BTW, my pair of papagei (the one with red cheek that i posted a few weeks ago) has already spawned and has got 30 fry

Blueblue, My Morado have recently spawned too, very small brood though.Can only count approx 15-20 fry.
Will try and get pics of male showing.

I hate to hijac the thread but water are the water parameters in yor tank for spawning for the Mrado. I have a pair that produces eggs all the time, just no viable ones.

Please advise

For me, as i use ADA aquasoil, the water is soft and pH is about 6.0.
Eggs will develop into fry in about 8 days.

I'll retest my waters and try dropping the pH to around 6.0 I beleive it is 6.8. The water is fairly soft, I have been doing waterchanges woth pure R/O for teh last two months, but I will test that again also.
They are so beautiful, I want them to breed.
