A few pics of the second species Tom and i collected in the Rio Napo drainage that were initially called Apisto.sp.Napo 2. These are again quite young fish and males unusually show broken lateral band most of the time. Do your specimens show this Tom?
Any ideas what these may be?

!

Probably a new species/form closely related to A. cruzi. The female, however, show a caudal patch very similar to A. sp. Papagei or A. sp. Roca Eterna. Very unusual!
