i am juggling tank space abit at the moment and have moved my lone female A. panduro in with about 100-120 jewel cichlid fry i know jewels are pugnatious when older all the fry are just under a cm long they are schooling tightly again since i put her in there my question is will this arrangement be fine for afew weeks till i move the jewel fry on? or till they are big enough for me to segrigate them with a mesh divider

obviously i dont care if the panduro snacks on the fry if she can manage them but i do care for the panduro's health

My guess is that she should be OK until some of the jewels decide to bond and breed. That should be longer than a couple of weeks. Just make sure there are hiding places - including at the top of the tank (floating plastic pipe works well).
