Yes, we call them Peacock Gobies in the UK.

These are great fish. My friend has bred them loads of times. They spawn in a floating tube (he uses a piece of narrow PVC (?) tube), the male guards the eggs.

Fry are tiny but seem to grow fine on what they can find in the tank and brine shrimp.

Yes those are peacock gudgeons and they are pretty neat. They are in a 33 gallon tank and I am sorry but I do not know the pH.
