Aggie pair

Alright. I have a aggie pair that spawned for me a month ago, got fry at about a half inch now, on the 10th I pulled the fry from the tank when the parents spawned again... Well, they have spawned twice since with no fry. The female is quite beat up IMO. Wondering if the male is blaming her for the loss of the fry that I grabbed out? Any sugustions are much appreciated

Remove dad after spawning? If there are dithers, mom should still try to protect the eggs, but may be less stressed?
