A. sp. 'Pebas'?

What do you think? Is it A. sp. 'Pebas' and is the 2nd fish the female or just a submissive 'sleeper' male? Its colour has been this way since I've had it, which is about 3 months.

Yes, I think they are 'Pebas' and the 2nd one is 'sleeper' male.

I have a couple questions, I bought the same fish from the same store at about the same time as dread did and they were being sold as Galaxis and I know that Galaxis can be several different species. So I was wondering what features can help tell what species they are? I don't know if it helps or makes a difference, but I did notice that both fish have a small black spot just above their pectoral fins, the female also in brood coloration has a green sheen along the lateral band, and all fins. She also has a triangular caudal spot. The male has a yellow/ orange caudal fin with a triangular area of blue at the base.

Thanks for the info. It looks like the mystery is solved. The female in brood color has only one lateral spot and a wedge shaped caudal spot matching that of Papagei. Although the male is alot less yellow and displays a light gray to white flanks and has a more rusty red coloration on the back and dorsal which makes me think it may be the less colorful form.
