Its at "水 草 店 Aquatic plants shop".

BlueBlue would you ever be able to send fish to the US? If so let me know, I would be interested in buying some juvenile fish from you. Thanks.

i see .. and that shipment arrived earlier than you mentioned to me...
I used to go there as i know a guy called "Ah Foung" who is
the one in charge of the dwarf cichlid part in person. I haven't
stopped by for a while recently though ^_^

Thanks for fishboy your kind interests.
Well, i am not a fish vendor and my fish used to spread among the
hobbyists in hong kong in small quantities... for shiping fish from HK
to the US, i have no personal experience... but maybe i could try it
out.. hehe... as i understand fully how bad we feel when we know there
are good fish somewhere in the world but we could not get them because i myself
have spent a lot of effort for some time before i can finally find the channels to get fish from other countries to my hands in Hong Kong...

BTW, which kind of apistos are you interested in?

Sounds like I better start saving up for some fish before I take the plunge, thanks Mike. If anyone in the states has any of the species I listed, let me know. I would be interested in acquiring some of them.

Thanks Mike for your advice.
Here is a method that has been adopted by some friends,
by using small bottles, each of 250ml (with 100ml water),
and each keeping only one apisto, we could ship the bottles
around by express service such as Fedex and DHL... the cost
is high but the procedure is simple... does this method sound
applicable? ^.^

I have used this method to take fish to Norway & bring others back. It works wonderfully. I add a large dose of AmQuel to the jars, too. I even safely brought back 3 - 4"/7.5 - 10 cm 'Nannacara' adoketa in 250 ml jars. The only problems are the bureaucratic ones.

So jeremy, if we are willing to try, this method could work ^.^
Of course, we won't be shipping a lot of fish, and we also need to
expect a higher shipping cost. It would be good if you are trying to get
some fish that are rare or inaccessible around ... ^.^
