I ordered a trio of triple reds from Max, and much to my surprise he sent four! I mentioned wanting some Java and duckweed which he also included. Shipping had to a wait due to that nasty cold weather streak we had, but he was very understanding and was easy to communicate with. The packing-job was great and they arrived in good shape, eating almost immediately.

Thanks for asking! They are doing really well. I was a bit worried about having them shipped but its worked out nicely.

As far as eggs, I'm hoping! Of the three females, the largest has turned bright yellow/black stripes really noticable and is looking heavy/gravid. She has staked out one of the flower pot caves and was busily removing substrate (sand/flourite) from underneath and piling it out and around the front opening last night and this morning. She alternates between chasing the other females away and flaring/nose standing for the male (typical female, right :wink: ) .

I'm thinking its a good sign from what I have read.
