The trend here is still very much into very colourful and red fishes.

If you want to create that tannin effect, what you can do is to tear up the leaves into smaller pieces. And you can afford to put in 2-3 leaves for that tank size of yours.
You will get that nice tea coloured water after 2 to 3 days.

good thing about black backgrounds is that it will bring out the colours of the photos posted. But the yellow font colours are a tad too dull, so reading can be tiring to some folks here.
