If you want to create that tannin effect, what you can do is to tear up the leaves into smaller pieces. And you can afford to put in 2-3 leaves for that tank size of yours.
You will get that nice tea coloured water after 2 to 3 days.

good thing about black backgrounds is that it will bring out the colours of the photos posted. But the yellow font colours are a tad too dull, so reading can be tiring to some folks here.

Yes, I must agree that he is totally not shy with the camera after a couple of weeks in the tank. He was shy when he first arrived in the tank.
