Have you any problems with keeping fry with such ADA-soil? I mean, that this is coarse-grained, so fry can wedge up among grains. Had/have you any losses wherefore?

Frankyl speaking, YES, for the very coarse substrates, some fries could be lost owning to the trap (some will eat the bbs by swimming onto the very bottom but fail to swim up). However, for the ADA substrates, they are NOT really that coarse and they are soft, so, the babies could swim up.
