Got 4 borelli recently 2 male 2 female all look great but this guy seems really skinny with Sunken bellow. Loots of high quality live frozen and dry feed and I see him eat. Could it be parasites? what do you think?

thanks

This time the pictures are far better.

I'm positive you're dealing with internal parasites. Whether it's worms or protozoans only a microscopy of the feces can tell.
I'd first treat against protozoans as these meds are not as hard on the body, if that doesn't do anything treat against worms.

Nope. I don't speak brandnames. Only ingredients:

For worms: If it still eats, Praziquantel, if not Levamisole.
For Protozoans: Nitrothiazolylazane or similar derivates. Metronidazole would work, but as that is also an antibiotic I'd not use it, much to hard on the fishes inner organs.

Here you can look for what you might get.
