When can you reintroduce sick fish?

I am cycling a 30 gallon tank with some non-apisto fish. One of the 4 fish developed ich. I treated it and the ich has not reappeared for a week. I started this tank to house apistos and hopefully have them breed. Assuming the water parameters are fine and there are no more signs of disease:

How long should I wait before I introduce an apisto pair into this tank?

On the other hand, how long should I wait until I move the formerly sick fish back in with other fish?

I don't even have the apistos yet, but I was just wondering what your recommendations would be.

I quarantine for at least 4 weeks any new fish. For ich, I ususally wait at least 2 weeks before I put a cured fish back in a breeding tank
