so my new agassizii pait bred this morning and ive only had them for 3 days  ! What should i do with the eggs? should i leave them there or take them out and put them in a seperate tank? thanks
What kind of aquarium are they in, community or breeding set-up? How large is the aquarium, decorations? I find A. agassizii females to be excellent mothers when left alone.
well currently they are in a 15 gallon long, densley planted tank. only fish in the tank are 2 ottos and 2 amano shrimp all for algea clean up and my pair.the decorations are multiple driftoowd caves clay pots and muhc cover under plants. so far ubder my largest peice of driftood there are about 4 hding spots that could be used. So ig uess i would call this a breeding set up. thanks for the reply.
In this case I would remove the male, if you haven't aready, and let the female take care of them. Fry usually feed and grow better under their mother's care.
