They are already swimming freely.
Probably a very big tank I don't know but in my experience with them, before I also had them in a large 40 gallon tank and there were no successful spawnings, when I put the pair in a 10 gallon tank then the magic began, this is happening to me with all the species I have that is why I keep them all in pairs in 10 gallon tanks, the results are successful for example currently I have wolli, megastoma, barlowi, rocafuerte, cf. cacatuoides, ladislao and D3 fry growing in 10 gallon tanks where they were born, I am trying with a D50 pair in a long 20 gallon tank and so far there are no successful spawnings, I am going to try moving the D50 pair to a 10 gallon tank to see if in that tank they can have successful spawnings.Mine don't seem interested in romanceMaybe a 65 is too large for them ?
