veil tail blue?

Has anyone ever heard of this fish? I asked my lfs to get a list of dwarfs chilids that she can get, and she said she can get a "veil tail blue", I never heard of this and when i search it I mostly find blue bettas, I asked her if she knew the scientific name but she did not.

Blue Ram - it'll have longer fins. Hopefully it won't be a balloon ram... Scientific names aren't set but most info on this fish can be found by using Microgeophagus Ramirezi.
