Would my newest male be considered triple red or gold?

It really depends on how accurate the colors are on your photo. Gold Cocatoos have bright yellow-gold bodies (usually with pale dark markings). If your fish shows yellow and blue on the body (a trait seen in many wild populations of A. cacatuoides), then it isn't a gold morph. It could be called a Triple-red cacatuoides, but good triple reds show red/black pattern over most of the soft=ray part of the anal fin. Yours does not. Personally, don't worry about names (unless inaccurate species name) and just enjoy the fish!
