TR Cockatoo female?

Just wondering if anyone can help a guy out whos new to apistos (me).

I bought a couple of trios a little who ago and for all the research I have done they all look male to me but I coule be wrong. I took a picture of the one that looks to be the "most" female.

There is a ton of research out there but most of pertains to the orange or double red strains.

Hi all,
It is not a great photo, and with the usual proviso that I've got an almost 100% record of getting sexes of these wrong, but it certainly looks like a male to me.

I will try and get better pictures out this evening with their fins out.

I did read that some of the domestic strain females color up similar to males but I am still not the most optimistic about having any females in any of the 6.

The thing is they are all very good looking fish. Well either way now it looks like I will ensure that there will be no family inbred fish when I start hunting for females.

Hi all,
Harry the Red strain of A. cacatuoides is quite robust, so I wouldn't worry too much about in-breeding. Are you in the UK?
