Here we go again. This has been tried every few years for decades and never succeeds. PIJAC (the US Pet Industry Joint Advisory Counsel) has its own lobbyists in Washington. Like in the past, it won't get past committee hearings. What a waste of time, but then the US Congress is good at that!
