Subdominant male?

Hi guys! New to the forum from the Netherlands. Keeping discus fish for a while now (150 gallon tank) and recently started with a trio of apistogramma agassizii double red in a 30 gallon tank.

I have doubts about the gender of one fish though... Do you guys think this is a "sneaker male" (subdominant male)?

It shows all of the characteristics of a male to me. Size?

I think about 2"...

At that size it is definitely a male.
