oh... four stripes... a new fish to me.. it looks to be well-developed already ^.^

The Pandura and Board-Band are both well-fed and strong ^.^

Probably not new to you. You may know it as A.velifera (spelling?) which is the new described name for it. The German name for "four stripes" is A. sp "vierstreifen", it was also sold as A. Sp "ayacoucho"

Thanks KenL, i know its names and I have read it in books.
However, i have never acquired one for myself and it does not appear
often in the local vendors in Hong Kong...

It was about six years ago I had these, never seen them since. They were labelled in the shop as pertensis but Mike identified them for me.

i see... and the female fish is especially difficult to distinguish from other fish in the pertensis complex.
