snail outbreak with algodon II fry

Hey everybody,

I've got a problem not with the fry but with the tank .
The problem is SNAILS a lot of snails.
Are they harmfull in anyway for fry( 3weeks old and 1cm in lenght)
And how can I get rid of them without harming the fry.

Salad at nigth on the bottom of the tank
after 1 or 2 hour
remove the salad with all the snail on it

repeat the operation until you pop is low
