Please Help Me Sex My Rams

I've had these two for awhile, but I can't decide if they are male and female. I have researched but these do seem to have mixed traits of both male and female. I'm hoping to breed...Can anyone help?

males usually a little bigger females have pretty sparkles around there big black spot on there side and sometimes a red belly males dont have the sparkles around there black spot
