Orange flash x double red

Hi everyone, we are new to this site! I am just wondering, we just got fry from a male orange flash wild type and a female double red. Just wondering what the fry will be? Will we get some of each type or will they be a hybrid of both types? We have a few differant apistos but this is our first time breeding them! Thanks for any help you can give!!

First, welcome to the apisto forum. Now, "orange flash wild type"? There is no wild Orange Flash color morph, only domestic color enhanced strains. Nevertheless, when color strains are mixed, you could get a mix of everything. It really depends on how 'set' the color strain of your fish really are. I would expect a mix of the 2 color forms plus some odds and ends. Let us know what they look like when the fry color up.
