orange flash and cockato females any differents

I have an orange flash male and two females in a 55gal tank one of the females was getting bet up pretty bad. So I moved the one that was getting beat up to another tank with my cockatos in it. Every scents I've done that the male cockato has been in full color and flairing at her and she in return is doing her little dance with him. Is there a differnts in female cockato's and orange flash females?
Will it hurt the two breeding. This is the frist atemp of any breeding of any of my Apisto's so I'm welcoming it if it want hurt or if there the same.

They are the SAME species. No, it won't hurt at all to breed them.

I sure was hoping it was ok. Thats the last thing I wanted with these guys and gals was to mix the breeds and have a hybird come out. I moved the female as the other female and the male orange flash was attacking her. It wasn't 5 mins after I added the female to the other tank and my male full red cockato was doing his flairing and she started showing bright colors and this morning they are hanging out around each other and shes fighting off all comers at the enterance to the cave.
How long after they breed is it before she lays eggs and how long before the eggs hatch?

Although your A. cacatuoides Orange Flash will breed with any A. cacatuoides male, do not expect to get Orange Flash offspring - or any other color strain for that matter. It's just like breeding 2 different breeds of purebred dog together. The result is a bunch of crossbreed mutts.

O great I'll just have o pull her from the tank then. Thats the last thing I want is a off breed of a pure bred
