I bought what were being sold as Agassizi Apistos... But they both are yellow with no red (Only a small amount on the fins... Sort of orangey)
..When they get stressed or randomly a black line horizontally shows up and they have a line vertically across their eyes...
They don't have the typical pointy tail of agassizi but they could still be females... I'm so unsure. I bought them at an auction so no idea who they came from and no way to look at the parents of the fish...
They're around 2 inches long.... One does get the vertical/diagonal line on it's eye and the other doesn't... Seems like they're beginning to form the peaks on the dorsal and tail though so I'm unsure... Shall I ride it out and hope they show their true form soon?
They're beginning to look like this:

But not as bright and the fins are still growing.
Just wondering if i could keep them with Angels, Kribs, Blue Rams and Bolivian Butterflies as they're all peaceful types... generally.
