T have five bolivian rams in a 48" tank along with seven pencilfish and three Otocinclus. There are two males and three females. They spawn quite frequently but I've lost a lot of the young either before or after hatching before (possibly the pair of young Aequidens/Laetacara curviceps that were parked in there until I got another tank)

But this spawn looks really promising with the pair guarding a third of the tank.

Nice! Very similar to the blue rams that i have parent raising. It is always fun to see the two types of rams parent raising. I have a theaory that once one pair gets the hang of it the other pairs catch on pretty quick. time to sart a batch of BBS.
