I bought some apistogramma baenschi from a reputable source but I inside the batch à order I have a male female who are breeding but they are not beanschi for sure! I don’t now what they could be?

The first two are very likely some A. cf. ortegai, which one exactly... pass. The male looks a lot like the male I had.
The third also has some ortegai-characteristics, but something's off.

Yes, I believe MacZ is correct. Based on what I see in the photos they might be A. ortegai or A. cf. ortegai (Pebas). More/better photos showing the shape of the caudal patch would really help.

Especially the third, definitely looks like a younger version of the a. Ortegai 'Pebas' that I have

EDIT: added a second picture from a couple months ago when he was a bit younger
