I recently purchased 2 wild caught Hongsloi from LFS a few weeks ago. I asked them if I could get a pair, but they said it will be difficult to ID them since they're so young, but the smaller one should be a female.
I agree with MacZ, probably a male but it is not A. hongsloi. It is one of the other many species within the hongsloi-complex. Without knowing where it was collected it is hard to say which species it actually is.
