When I'm on "my profile" page and go to use the "forum action tab" or similar the drop down menu ends up under or behind the "visitor message/about me/friends" screen.

Interesting... That may be a browser specific issue. It's working on my end with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. Which browser and operating system are you using? You may need to upgrade it to the latest version.

Yep, that one was just me. It's fine from my phone!

BUT...1-2 days ago everything post and PM is now showing up with "slide bars" at the top and bottom. Did I change a viewing setting by accident or were changes made?

Do you mean you can scroll side-to-side? This is likely another browser setting...

Pale blue slider bar on a white field. Weird as I have not gone into my controle settings in the past week or so if not longer.
