Nannacara anomala age of maturity

Hi, just wondering if anyone has raised up fry to maturity and at about what age do males start to color up.
I had a beautiful pair that spawned once and then the male jumped shortly after spawning(tight fitting lid, found the 1×1" opening). I have only 4 fry from the brood and at the moment the all look like females, they're about 4 1/2 months old. Thanks

Probably another 2 to 3 months. Maturity in fish depends as much on growth rate as age.

Nannacara anomala sex out when they’re fairly young, at about an inch long. Males have metallic scales on their sides, females are always matte.
